How Dab Pal uses information to run your account, fulfill orders, and understand the store.
Information used to run the store
When you place an order or create an account, we use the contact, address, order and account information you provide to process payment, ship your order, provide support and maintain records. Essential cookies keep your cart and sign-in session working.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments. Shippo and shipping carriers receive the details needed to ship and track orders. Resend delivers transactional and recovery emails. Railway hosts the store and its database. Payment-card entry is handled through the payment provider’s interface.
Optional analytics
With your permission, PostHog records page visits and shopping events so we can understand which guides and products are useful. Analytics do not receive your checkout query strings, password-reset tokens, or payment-card entries. Session recording is disabled. You can change your analytics choice using the control below. Essential checkout works without analytics.
Emails and your choices
Order, shipping and account-recovery emails help us provide the service you requested. Cart-recovery emails include an unsubscribe link. Email hello@thedabpal.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, security or legal obligations.
