Made to order in 3–5 business days. Returns within 14 days of delivery, including opened kits.
Made for you, then on its way.
Dab Pal ships within the United States. Allow 3–5 business days for making and handling your order before it ships. Carrier transit time is additional; choosing a faster shipping service does not shorten production time.
Shipping rates and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. A tracking email follows when your order ships. If we cannot meet the handling window, we’ll contact you about the revised timing and cancellation/refund options.
14-day returns, including opened kits
Request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@thedabpal.com with your order number. Opened kits are eligible. Contact us for return instructions before sending anything back. Do not send alcohol or used swabs.
Who pays return shipping?
For a change of mind, you pay return shipping. If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, Dab Pal pays return shipping. Include a photo of the issue when you contact us, if possible.
Refunds and order changes
We’ll confirm the return and refund details by email. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when a processed refund appears.
Need to change an address or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. We’ll check its production and shipping status before confirming what can be changed.
